Jane Johanson is the owner of Stageworks, LLC., the premier Summit New Jersey home staging company, and Hannay Home,  a home-goods manufacturer.  Her experience encompasses a wide range of projects during her 12 years tenure in the real estate industry with over five years specializing in home staging.  

Staging her personal residences to sell quickly and for top dollar became routine for Jane as she moved from home to home.  With the desire to design for others and help sellers achieve their biggest profits on their home sale, was the impetus behind the origin of Stageworks, LLC.  Since 2006, she has staged over $60,000,000 in real estate.  

Stageworks, LLC. services include, design, color recommendation, furniture placement to the complete decoration of an entire home. Stageworks. LLC. has an extensive inventory of items to completely stage a home for sale including, lighting, furniture, window treatments, rugs, art and accessories. Jane's work has appeared in show houses, and in print. She has been published in the Independent Press and various staging journals. Jane also holds a CSP (Certified staging Professional) designation from the internatioanlly recognized, Canada staging Program.

A Connecticut native, Jane has lived in Summit NJ for many years. She has traveled extensively and taken architecture and design classes in NYC and San Francisco.  She has a Bachelor of Arts degree from North Carolina State University. Jane recently started taking on interior design clients, as part of her “staging for life” philosophy and has interior design projects in her portfolio including homes in New Providence, Summit, Livingston, Chatham and the New Jersey Shore. Jane's newest venture, Hannay Home, was launched this year and is specializing in the design and manufacture of high-end pillows and soft goods dedicated to complement any interior.

Nicole has a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the CIDA (Certified Interior Design Accredited) Interior Design program at Kean University.  In May, 2010, she was recognized for Leadership, Achievement and Excellence by the Interior Design Faculty at the University.  She has also received consecutive annual awards in 2009 and 2010 for Space Planning/Concept Development and Technical Drawing in the Paul Gutkin Design Competition at Kean.

Nicole has always had a strong love of color and shape since she was a young child.   Her need for symmetry and balance is instinctual and is what allows her to stage properties to their best advantage using her keen eye for aesthetics and function.    Nicole designs her own line of jewelry in her spare time and dabbles in clothing construction and art.   Nicole has been with Stageworks for over 6 months and is inspired every day by the multifaceted nature of interior design.

Julie Sondhi joins Stageworks as director of Marketing and Sales. She brings to the company a diverse marketing background and highly developed communication skills.   Her main goal is strategic planning and marketing designed to maintain existing and develop new client relationships.     She is the lead contact on Stagework’s Community Relations taskforce.

Julie is a U.S. Ex-Pat.  In 1993, she moved to New Jersey from the UK. Her professional career has included working for British Airways where she was Global Marketing Manager for Concorde. In this position, she worked exclusively on the Worldwide Re-launch of the British Airways flagship. Most recently, she has handled project management for a U.S. Marketing Research company.   Also, she has held positions in business development and research for a New Jersey based Marketing Consultancy.

Julie received her B.A. degree in Economics from Manchester University in the UK. She has lived in Summit for the last 17 years and has three children who have all attended Summit Public Schools.   She has chaired numerous community events and has been active in the Summit High School PTO in past years.
